Another AMAZING study about the SPECTACULAR benefits of a SPECIFIC Chiropractic adjustment. We know it changes the brain....study upon study shows that. This study indicates improvements in immune markers, neuroplasticity and inflammatory markers. These are SIGNIFICANT changes in physiology! 🤓🤓😀😀🔥🔥 This is my WHY!

More movement is needed as we age! Lift heavy. More mobility work. Keep yourself free of obstructions.

We've got it upside down when it comes to age and physical activity—we actually need more movement, not less.
