π΄ Understanding Release Signs During a PEMF Session!
When a horse receives a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) session, their body begins to relax, realign, and release tension β and you can see that process happen through different release signs. Each one is a clue that the body is responding in a positive way.
β¨ Common Release Signs & What They Mean:
π Licking & Chewing: Indicates the horseβs nervous system is shifting from βfight or flightβ to βrest and digest.β A sign of relaxation and processing.
π€ Yawning: One of the strongest indicators of release. This shows deep relaxation and that energy blockages or tension are clearing.
π΄ Blinking or Soft Eyes: The horse is calming, focusing inward, and allowing the therapy to take effect.
π¨ Deep Breathing or Sighing: Shows the body is oxygenating better and letting go of stored tension.
π© Passing Gas or Dropping Manure: The digestive system reactivates as the parasympathetic nervous system takes over β a great sign of body balance returning.
πΊ Muscle Twitching or Shifting Weight: The body is realigning circulation and muscle fibers β these are physical signs of cellular stimulation and repair.
Each horse releases differently, but every sign tells us the PEMF session is helping the body move toward relaxation, recovery, and balance. π
