Happy Monday! This week I am hoping to get in a good groove- making tinctures as I type, bottling QOP Isolate roll-on, so happy I made as much as I did, the remaining 10oz was surely a lifesaver tonight, with an emergency message!
Over the last 4 weeks-
Respiratory issues, including pneumonia in 2 people
-3 shingles cases
-Digestion, gut issues
-Plenty of cold and flu symptoms
-More fatigue, and, overall weakness in people who are normally considered "active and healthy"
Understand that we all carry germs, and we spread them too! Also understand that you are responsible to take care of your body by giving it what it needs

Let's work on boosting that immune system! I know, I know, I preach this every year. But, please hear me out.
In order to keep your immune system working properly, you need to eat clean! No additives, no preservatives, low or no sugar. Try to get as much of your medicine through the food you eat. Your body will thank you, by feeling good!
Eat seasonal foods, eat the things you have grown, the foods you harvested from your garden.
