We all struggle with letting go the past from time to time. Some of us let negative events and circumstances from the past cloud our view to make good decisions, choose loving relationships, select jobs, advance in our careers, etc. I’ve chosen to help women and some men let go the past through the use of therapeutic techniques that help people resolve those emotions, feelings, relationships that are holding her back from having the life she wants. I use mindfulness, talk therapy, and some effective techniques that resolve the issues my clients have around letting go the past.

Being self-destructive means "engaging in behaviours or actions that harm or damage oneself.
