Time doesn’t heal avoidance. It just buries it under more memories, more distractions, more noise.

Until you face what’s actually going on inside of you, you’ll just keep meeting the same lesson in different people, different places, different forms.

Healing starts the day you stop running.
The day you admit, “This hurt me.”
The day you stop defending the things that broke you.
The day you stop pretending it didn’t happen.

More time won’t fix what honesty can.
