This conference brings together dedicated social workers and discharge planners from across West Texas as they earn their CEU’s and learn about valuable services available in their communities.

We are always grateful for the opportunity to connect, share information about our hospice and nursing services, and support the professionals who work tirelessly to ensure patients and families receive the compassionate care they deserve.
