Sometimes your insurance directory may not show our provider yet—and that doesn’t automatically mean your visit won’t be covered.

Credentialing (the process of getting fully enrolled and listed with an insurance network) can take time. The good news is that billing can often be retroactive once credentialing is finalized, meaning visits during that window may still be processed under your plan.

If you can’t find the provider online, don’t assume the worst—call us. We’ll verify benefits, walk you through options, and help you get seen without delaying care.
