🧠Hey there! So, sweating is totally normal and actually pretty important for our bodies to stay healthy. When we get hot and start to sweat, it's our body's way of keeping us cool. And when we work out or do anything physical, sweating helps us release some of that extra heat.

😅But did you know that sweating also has other benefits? For example, it can help get rid of toxins in our body and keep our skin looking healthy. Plus, sweating can even help boost our immune system by making more white blood cells.

And get this- sweating can also help us feel better mentally! It releases endorphins, which are natural mood boosters. So sweating can actually help us reduce stress and feel happier overall. It can even help our brains work better, which is pretty cool.

So, the next time you start to sweat, don't worry- it's totally normal and a good thing for your body. Whether you're working out or just hanging out in the sun, sweating can have lots of benefits for your physical and mental health.

🧠Starting a workout routine can be intimidating, but it is important to remember that it's more mental than physical. The first step is to get your mind around it and believe that you can do it. It's okay to start small and work your way up. The key is consistency and making it a habit.

The state of our mental health affects our physical well-being, our relationships with others, and our overall quality of life. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a powerful tool that can help us maintain a healthy mindset and consequently, a healthy body.

CBT is a form of therapy that focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It teaches individuals to identify negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. This therapy helps people to better manage stress, anxiety, and depression, which are all common factors that can lead to poor physical health.
