Hello! I am collecting data for my PhD dissertation. My goal is to provide women with autoimmune disease a voice, particularly those who have experienced diagnostic invalidation/medical gaslighting. I am conducting a survey to assess the characteristics, traits, attitudes, etc. of women with autoimmune disease. My goal is to understand various traits of the relationship between autoimmune disease and wellbeing.

⭐️This workshop, Inside the Mind, is a great opportunity for you to learn how your mind works, gain inner peace, and skills to begin transforming your daily life. Our workshop will give you perspective into your thought processes, break down inner barriers, and understand your inner workings. There will be some light yoga and meditation.
