I still remember our discovery call, Kim was hesitant to commit. I’ve worked with her daughter in the past so she knew my process. But she has tried everything in the past and just couldn’t understand how this would work for her.

Fast forward six months, not only is Kim down 20+ pounds she is up muscle mass, improved her sleep quality, gained a consistent digestive system, even while traveling every single week, and most importantly gained a confidence and appreciation in all of her hard work paying off.

We’re not reinventing the wheel here, with my “quote unquote” … MTM methods… a.k.a. science driven strategies, empathetic coaching, and just holding my clients accountable and showing them that they can do this even when it feels like everything is against them.

This client came to me with one major goal, prime her body for fertility.

They wanted to be parents, but it wasn’t happening as easy as it does for some.

We had to prime her body and hormones for this major shift.

We took it slow, gradual, and ultimately listened to what her body wanted - structure & fuel.

Most people think they just 𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 lose fat.
That there’s something “wrong” with their body.

But the truth?
They’re just stuck in the Mon–Fri Mindset.

Nail the week.
Then reverse the deficit on the weekend.
And start over again on Monday.

Over.
And over.
And over again.

The fix isn’t more discipline.
It’s better 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺.

Real strategy for:
Beach days.
Kids’ baseball games.
Last-minute takeout.
Date nights.

Strategy that still keeps you in a deficit - and still lets you live your life.

You don’t need to be perfect, you just have to stop pretending that Saturday and Sunday don’t count.

She was defeated. By a diagnosis she had no idea how to control. So she came to me.

His days started at 4 AM, coaching clients at the gym, squeezing in his own training, and then clocking into his remote job.

He’s NOT lazy. He’s NOT unmotivated. He was grinding harder than most people can imagine.

So where was he going wrong?
👉 Long, exhausting days that increased his inflammation dn drained his recovery
👉 Fuel timing and pairing all over the place
👉 Not prioritizing nutrient density to support performance and metabolism

He was doing “everything right”… but his body wasn’t responding.

Fast forward to today…
Instead of pushing harder, we pulled back and got strategic.
