Welcome to UTPB Crime Stoppers
Creating a Safer Campus Together.
At The University of Texas Permian Basin, safety is more than just a priority it’s a shared commitment.
UTPB Crime Stoppers is a campus-based crime prevention program in proud partnership with Odessa Crime Stoppers, Inc., a trusted nonprofit organization serving our community since 1983.
This initiative empowers students, faculty, and staff to take an active role in campus safety by reporting criminal activity or suspicious behavior anonymously without fear of retaliation or exposure. Whether it’s information about theft, threats, vandalism, or anything that doesn’t feel right, your tip could make all the difference.
Why UTPB Crime Stoppers Matters:
It provides a safe, secure, and anonymous way to share information
It helps resolve crimes before they escalate
It supports our campus police in protecting our university family
It builds a culture of accountability, trust, and community involvement
How to Submit a Tip (Anonymously):
