PLEASE SHARE!

Edgar Rubio, 18 years of age was murdered on October 20, 2024.
At around 1:00 a.m., deputies with the Ector County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 6700 block of Kaylee to investigate after shots were fired during a “large party” in the area. At the scene, deputies learned that a Rubio had been injured in the shooting and was taken to Medical Center Hospital by private vehicle. 18-year-old Edgar Rubio was pronounced dead upon arriving at MCH.

A lot of people were at that party! We need your help identifying the person who killed Edgar Rubio. If you have information please call us at 432-333-TIPS or use our app P3Tips. You will remain anonymous and a cash reward is available.

Eligibility for cash rewards are when investigators solve a case as a result of an official Crime Stoppers tip submitted via tipsline, P3 app or our website, NOT when you call police directly. You must have a Crime Stoppers code number to get a reward.
Calls and tips DIRECTLY TO CRIME STOPPERS are anonymous and Crime Stoppers pays rewards in cash but only for anonymous, crime-solving tips submitted directly to Crime Stoppers and that concern information not previously provided to or known by law enforcement.
Crime Stoppers will pay a reward for the first, most accurate anonymous tip that leads to an arrest.
