First Physicians is a patient-centered medical practice in Odessa, Texas with highly-skilled doctors available to care for you, your family and friends in the areas of urgent care, family medicine, and occupational medicine. With offices in Wendover, Westview and East University, excellent medical care is close by and accessible, whatever your health needs may be. If you need a medical provider, call First Physicians for an appointment. Wendover team: There are two doctors, Michael Shelton, MD and Barry Willingham, MD, along with 3 physician assistants. Most of the providers specialize in family medicine, occupational medicine, and urgent care. Westview team: We have one doctor and three physicians assistants at the Westview location: Steven Siegler, MD. Dr. Siegler specializes in family medicine, occupational medicine, and urgent care. He is board-certified in family medicine. East University team: There is one doctor and 3 physician assistants practicing at East University Medical Clinic. All of the providers specialize in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. Whichever office you choose to visit, each location is led by an expert physician and includes a team of highly-qualified care providers such as certified physician’s assistants and support staff, to offer you competent medical care in a safe and warm environment.

As you may have heard-Due to a major City of Odessa water main break we are unable to operate our facilities in a clean/sanitary manner.
