🎄✨ REC’s 2025 Holiday Calendar Fundraiser Has Begun! ✨🎄
We are excited to launch our December 2025 Calendar Fundraiser, now in its fourth year! This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and our goal is to raise $12,000 to support our programs, supplies, and student experiences.
⭐ If we reach our goal, we will hold a drawing for a $1,000 cash prize! ⭐
(Only fully completed calendars are entered into the drawing.)
How it works:
📅 December has 31 days
💵 Friends & family “sponsor a day”
💲 The day they choose = the amount they donate
🗓️ A fully completed calendar raises $496
🎟️ Each completed calendar = 1 entry into the $1,000 drawing
Calendars & money due: December 15, 2025
🎥 Live drawing: December 18, 2025 on Facebook
To make participating easy, physical calendars will go home throughout next week, and we are also sharing the digital version here on Facebook as well as through email.

Kellen brings so much joy and energy to our REC family! 💙

He loves coming to school — especially when he gets to work on puzzles with his classmates and proudly show off his completed masterpieces. 🧩

During gym time, you can often find Kellen pushing his friends on the swings and sharing smiles all around. 😄 He and his buddy Ethan enjoy sitting together, exploring LAMP and spelling on their devices, while his playful side shines when he’s wrestling with Liam or tickling his friend Paxton!

Kellen’s kindness, creativity, and fun-loving spirit make every day at REC brighter!

EXCITING NEWS!!

REConnections Education Center is proud to announce the launch of our new therapeutic center: REConnections DIR Center.

REConnections DIR Center is a state-of-the-art therapy practice built fully around the DIR® (Developmental, Individual-differences, Relationship-based) philosophy. We are committed to providing relationship-centered, child-led, developmentally respectful services to our community.

To begin, we will be offering:
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Music Therapy
• Tutoring Services designed especially for homeschool learners but available to all

All services will be delivered through a DIR lens.

While many of our experienced therapists and a select group of educators from our established and successful education center will begin by offering after-school sessions, we are actively growing and hiring now.

We are currently seeking:
• Certified Educator
• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are looking for motivated professionals who believe in developmental, play-based, relationship-driven work and who are excited to grow with a center from the ground up. Daytime availability is preferred as we begin filling daytime hours.

We are thrilled to continue expanding access to high-quality DIR/Floortime-based intervention in our community through both our accredited education center and now our therapy center.

🍌 Cooking Class is in session! 🥄

Today our students had a blast in the kitchen making delicious peanut butter and banana toast! 🍞✨
They practiced teamwork, fine motor skills, and of course—taste testing their yummy creations! 😋
