May 31, 1941 – December 24, 2025

Bobbie Ann McGinn, resident of Midland, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at the age of 84. Known for being "tiny but mighty," Bobbie was a classy, spunky, and outgoing spirit who was truly full of life.

Born in Pecos, Texas, on May 31, 1941, to Bob and Nita Blalock, Bobbie grew up alongside her brother, Sheldon, and sister, Donna. She spent many years raising her three children—Lezlie, JimBob, and Vance—on their farm west of Pecos.

A true fashionista, Bobbie turned her passion into a career. She founded her own clothing store in Pecos, The Cottage Shop, and later spent several years as a representative for Doncaster clothing. In March 1990, she married Bob McGinn. Their journey took them from Bedford and the Woodlands before they eventually made San Antonio their home.

While in San Antonio, Bobbie and Bob were deeply involved in the community. They were active members of several committees for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo and were fixtures at the annual Gala. They also shared a love for sports, frequently attending San Antonio Spurs games with their close friends. More than anything, Bobbie cherished her family. She was happiest during stock shows, rodeos, "girls' trips," and large family gatherings, where her loving nature was always on display.

Bobbie is survived by her sister, Donna Adams; her sons, Jimbob McNeil (Leslie) and Vance McNeil (Amber); her daughter, Lezlie Yurrita (Enrique); her stepson, Tim McGinn (Liza); and her stepdaughter Moira Britton (Doug).
