It reaffirms long-standing Texas Medical Board (TMB) rules that have already governed medical aesthetic practices

The bill reinforces regulations that have always applied:
    •    Injectable treatments are medical procedures
    •    Only appropriately licensed professionals may perform medical procedures
    •    Physicians must properly delegate medical acts
    •    Delegated clinicians must be trained and competent
    •    Delegation and supervision do not expand a provider’s legal scope of practice

Let’s talk about glabella treatment ✨

These are the common “11’s” everyone hates — those vertical lines between the brows that show up when you’re concentrating, working on the computer, stressed, or squinting.
