This Saturday The Fella’Ship returns. A men’s gathering centered around honest conversation, brotherhood, and just coming together, with no pressure and nothing to prove.

Our 🌿GUIDED AYURVEDIC SPRING CLEANSE🌿 begins with a kickoff gathering Saturday afternoon. This is a grounded, nourishing reset for your body, digestion, and mind. Real support. Daily structure. Community accountability. And no starving required! Join in person or remotely.

Then Saturday night, we drop into the 4/4 portal.

If you’ve ever thought “I should probably meditate”… but had no idea where to start, this is for you.

We’re hosting an INTRO TO MEDITATION WORKSHOP tomorrow at 6:30 PM at Connection Yoga Sanctuary and wanted to share it with the local community. The evening will cover the basics of meditation in a very approachable way, followed by a guided Loving Kindness meditation, a practice centered on cultivating compassion for ourselves and others.

Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect with meditation.

March is flying by, but we still have a few special gatherings coming up at the studio.

3/14 INTRO TO MEDITATION with Shauntelle. If meditation has always felt a little mysterious or hard to start, this is a great place to begin… or begin again.

3/21 THE FELLA’SHIP MENS GATHERING with Earle Sagewolf. An intentional space for men to come together, talk openly, and support one another in brotherhood.

3/22 EQUINOX RITUAL & CACAO CEREMONY with Anya Devi. A beautiful way to mark the seasonal shift and welcome spring.

These kinds of gatherings are some of our favorite things to host at the studio. They offer an opportunity for practice to move beyond the mat and into embodied experience.
