Join the new Northern Utah pregnancy and postpartum . SUPPORT GROUP! Together we will meet, connect, strengthen and support each other during this beautiful, yet challenging time of life! We will meet together monthly virtually and will create a safe space for everyone to discuss several topics and challenges us mamas face on the daily ❤️ We will be able to share experience, knowledge, and resources with one another!
We will also use this space to organize in-person events that will promote support, friendships, knowledge and health for one another.
I know personally how alone and isolating motherhood can be and my goal is to strengthen our community in supporting mothers! You are not alone!

Did you know that a vaginal birth after a cesarean is the safe and reasonable choice for low-risk pregnancies following a prior c-section?

In fact 80% of VBAC births are successful, this is higher than the vaginal rate of unscarred birthers!

Uterine Rupture is the only unique birth risk with a VBAC and it occurs in ~o.4% of VBAC births with only 3% of uterine rupture considered to be "catastrophic."

There are so many positive benefits of VBAC births!
