Hi everyone! Meet Jared. Jared meet the world.

Jared Eschler is our resident Microbiology Supervisor in our Lab Services Department here at Global Health Industries. Jared will have been with the organization for almost 3 years as of July 2016. Jared investigates and test the samples we receive from our distributors for pathogens and/or irregularities to make sure that they are safe for future consumers. He makes sure that all Standard Operating Practices are followed in his area, while at the same time tries to find efficiencies in the processes he currently follows. In addition to his role in the lab, Jared ensures that the necessary supplies and materials are ordered for the lab in a timely manner.

Jared’s biggest learning piece since joining the GHI team is in understanding the benefits of probiotics and how they work in supporting good digestion. Jared loves the open door policy here at GHI and being able to communicate with the CEO and President of the organization. He also loves the health and wellness program here at GHI and being able to get out of the lab to take a walk. Jared is also our GHI’s team softball manager.

[DEFINITION] – Mircogram – A microgram is unit of mass that is equal to one billionth (1×10−9) of a kilogram, one millionth (1×10−6) of a gram, or one thousandth (1×10−3) of a milligram.

This unit of mass is used in the nuetraceutical industry to measure and test ingredients, samples, and identifying weights of completed product including: individual capsules, tablets and powders.

Ryan Head is GHI’s Director of Human Resources. He’s been with the company since July 2015 and has been making huge strides in the HR department; felt throughout the company. Ryan’s key roles include recruitment (staffing), safety, employee relations and supporting organizational wellness. Ryan loves the fast-paced environment here at GHI and being able to keep up with current trends in the nutraceutical industry as it relates to his position. One of the greatest learning tools Ryan has received since joining the GHI team is understanding the value of accountability and personally owning his work/responsibilities. He enjoys finding new and exciting ways to bring value to the overall functionality and operation of the company. Sometimes, Ryan can be found leading the office team in Friday morning exercises with his 80’s and 90’s music.
