Most of my life I’ve stayed in the back, quiet, and wanting to just blend in. I’ve always felt like I am really good at it.

Keeping my head down not wanting to make any waves. Always just accepting of what is.

Guess what? That is all changing! I am up to some BIG stuff!

My goal is to be one of the most trusted Myofascial Release Therapists in Utah. I know how truly impactful this work is and have seen so many lives changed.

I know what is possible when we allow our bodies to heal deeply and profoundly.

I am so grateful for everyone who has trusted me on their wellness journey. Let’s keep going!
