FACT: Most patients begin gentle exercises the same day or next day after surgery. It helps prevent stiffness, swelling, and blood clots. Moving the new joint is essential to prevent further pain and discomfort. It’s not going to be pain free, but therapy can be tailored to minimize the pain you feel! ✅
