Myth: Once a surgeon clears you after surgery, you’re fully healed ❌

Fact: Well…sorta. You might be cleared to do full range of motion, increase strength training or get back to everything you were doing before.. but your body isn’t back to that same level you were before surgery just because the surgeon cleared you. Coming to PT can help bridge that gap between recovery and real-life function by showing you movements, exercises, modifications that can get you back to life! ✅
