I’ve been struggling with this because words can’t begin to touch the sorrow we’re all feeling. And because words feel so small compared to the man he was.
Stewie, you were one of my favorite people on this planet.
I am a better human because I knew you. From being my roll model as my Engineer & Captain in the fire world to the leader of humanitarian missions in India, having you by my side made all the difference. Anyone who met you knew exactly who you were: a genuine, stand-up man who cared fiercely for others. I know our friends who went before you were waiting with open arms, but for those of us left behind, this came way too soon. Till we meet again, find the golden cup of Chai and rest easy.
You are so missed, G$.
