Mykol is someone who leads with heart. She may be a little shy at first, but her passion and dedication to our residents shine through in everything she does. She truly notices the little things and is always making sure residents feel included, feel beautiful, and feel valued every single day. Her kindness, patience, and genuine love for those we serve make her such a special part of this community.

I’m excited to be stepping into the Memory Care Director role here. I started working as a CNA when I was 17 and have stayed in senior care ever since. I’ve been part of this community for the past 4 years and have worked as a caregiver, med tech, activity assistant, and driven the bus for outings and appointments, so there’s a good chance I’ve already met you or your loved one.

Golden Bark Foundation brought the smiles (and the wagging tails)! 🐾 Our residents loved the extra cuddles, laughter, and sweet moments spent with these gentle four-legged visitors. Thank you, Golden Bark Foundation, for sharing your time and puppies, as well as the Valentine’s and cupcakes with our community—we can’t wait for your next visit! 💛

February may be the month of love, but we feel it all year thanks to our Employee of the Month, Shelby Reed!❤️

She steps in wherever she’s needed, can truly do it all, and still makes time for those meaningful one-on-one moments with our residents. And if you’ve heard her singing through the halls, you know she brings a little extra joy with her everywhere she goes. 🎶

She shares:
“I’ve been here for 7 years, and I truly love what I do. Getting to know our residents and their families is the best part of my job. I love reading, going for walks, and playing with my 3-year-old! I’ve worked here as a CNA, medtech, activities assistant, bus driver, and now a receptionist — and I’ve loved every position I’ve had here!”

We’re so lucky to have someone with such a big heart and such deep roots in our community. Be sure to show her some extra love this February! 💌

Groundhog Day fun around here 🦫✨

We played some games, shared a tasty treat, and had a lot of laughs along the way. Phil may have seen his shadow… but let’s be honest, Utah hasn’t really given us much of a winter anyway, so we’re not mad about it 😉❄️

Six more weeks or not, we’ll take good company, sweet snacks, and cozy moments every time.

Fresh nails and big smiles today in our salon 💅💛
Our community offers a full-service salon including haircuts, shampoo sets, hair color, perms, and nails! All right here at home. If anyone deserves a spa day, it’s definitely our residents.

McKenna Montgomery is one of the best caregivers and medtechs around. She is always sweet and loves to do the little extra things for our residents, which make the biggest difference. She pays attention to detail, is dedicated, and truly cares. We love her! ❤️

Meet Alden ❤️
Our guy Alden has been part of a Boy Scout troop for an incredible 40 years!! The longest any Scout with special needs has ever stuck with it. He retired from the troop not long ago, but that Scout spirit? Still shines bright every single day here.
Alden, thanks for showing us what real dedication and heart look like.
