I help patients recover quality of life after suffering an auto or other type of accident or sports injury resulting in a concussion or chronic spine pain, joint pain, headaches or dizziness. In addition, I successfully treat patients suffering with stomach issues, stress, feelings of nervousness and worthlessness, addiction and other symptoms. Treating these problems has grown my appreciation for a properly ACTIVATED brain.
The brain controls every aspect of life, from organizing thoughts into words, maneuvering through an obstacle course, even sending a signal to the heart to beat. Sometimes the signals going from the brain to the body or from the body to the brain become diminished. Using the entire nervous system and specific exercises I am able to improve the connections in those signals so that they can work optimally. These pathways can be improved by performing simple exercises and therapies to improve their function. Doing daily exercises at your home or work for a short amount of time in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments can make all the difference in the world in how you feel.
