Many of you ask if we can slice your bread for you… we get it… bread slicing is a learned skill… Introducing: the bread slicer! We can now slice your bread for you upon request.

Keep in mind that once sliced, our bread will not last as long. If you plan on enjoying it throughout the week, you may still want to slice it as needed at home. However, if you plan on devouring as soon as possible, this is the perfect option. 🤩

Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and what a better way to celebrate than with some flowers.

We have locally grown Tulips in the shop today and tomorrow for you to grab for your special someone or yourself, hell you deserve flowers as well.

Come get them while they last. We have a couple bouquets today and will have some tomorrow.

Danu is responsible for all of the delicious sourdough pastries we make at the bakery, cinnamon rolls, donuts, croissants and more.

This is a picture of Danu ready to be used for production.

Come by and bring your questions about starters anytime and we will do our best to help you navigate working with your own starter.

We are back baby!
We have been working in the desert for the last two weeks with . It was a ton of fun and hard work, and we are so happy to be back. Come grab a pastry and your bread for the week.

Our next Sourdough Class is up on our website!

Curious about sourdough and ready to learn the process from start to finish? This hands-on sourdough class will walk you through every step of making a beautiful, nourishing loaf at home.

During class, we’ll cover:

-Caring for and maintaining a sourdough starter
-Flour selection & temperature
-Mixing and folding techniques
-Fermentation & timing
-Shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking
-Each participant will go home with:
-One fully baked sourdough loaf
-One unbaked loaf to finish at home
-A banneton basket
-A basic lame for scoring
-The knowledge and confidence to bake sourdough on your own

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a solid foundation in traditional sourdough baking.

Cost: $75 per person
Spots Available: 10
Time: Feb 18, 6–9 PM
Limited seating to keep the class intimate and hands-on.

We will also have another class on March 18.

Every loaf of bread is Unique.

As a baker we merely help promote bread to be the best it can be right up to the bake.

After that we let the bread take over and let express what it needs to be from there. I love bread for that reason, every loaf is unique.

We’re open this week as usual, stop in for a loaf.
