We’ve been making some changes around the bakery lately…

One of our favorite additions is this little coffee table corner. Complete with cushions and a basket of toys underneath. We like this spot as adults, but it’s also a spot where kids can be themselves.

If you’re a parent needing a soft place to exist for a while, you’re always welcome here. Come grab a drink, a pastry, and take a load off.

We have a new Saturday special: ancient loaves. Today we have a Kamut loaf. Ancient grains are less modified than newer grains such as hard white or hard red. Come in today and try a loaf that will make you and your belly happy 😃

We have our next sourdough class coming up next week. If you’re ready to level up your baking skills, this hands-on class is for you.

During class, we’ll cover:

-Caring for and maintaining a sourdough starter
-Flour selection & temperature
-Mixing and folding techniques
-Fermentation & timing
-Shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking

Each participant will go home with:
-One fully baked sourdough loaf
-One unbaked loaf to finish at home
-A banneton basket
-A basic lame for scoring
-The knowledge and confidence to bake sourdough on your own

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a solid foundation in traditional sourdough baking.

Cost: $75 per person

Spots Available: 10

Time: March 18, 6–9 PM

Limited seating to keep the class intimate and hands-on. Register on our website.

Exciting news! We have been making a lot of changes at our bakery! We will now be serving coffee during our open hours. We have also made the sitting area a bit more cozy so you can enjoy your pastry with a warm drink.

We care about the quality of our drinks as much as the quality of our bread. All our syrups are house made using ingredients from our local friends. In this reel I’m drinking a lavender latte using lavender from .

We are so excited for the next phase of our bakery journey!

Many of you ask if we can slice your bread for you… we get it… bread slicing is a learned skill… Introducing: the bread slicer! We can now slice your bread for you upon request.

Keep in mind that once sliced, our bread will not last as long. If you plan on enjoying it throughout the week, you may still want to slice it as needed at home. However, if you plan on devouring as soon as possible, this is the perfect option. 🤩

Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and what a better way to celebrate than with some flowers.

We have locally grown Tulips in the shop today and tomorrow for you to grab for your special someone or yourself, hell you deserve flowers as well.

Danu is responsible for all of the delicious sourdough pastries we make at the bakery, cinnamon rolls, donuts, croissants and more.

We are back baby!
We have been working in the desert for the last two weeks with . It was a ton of fun and hard work, and we are so happy to be back. Come grab a pastry and your bread for the week.
