We’re excited to announce a new group designed to help teens build the skills they need to form safe, respectful, and healthy relationships.

💬 What we’ll cover:
• Understanding boundaries
• Healthy communication
• Recognizing red flags
• Self-esteem + self-advocacy
• Coping strategies
• Building positive peer and family relationships

👥 Who it’s for:
Teens ages 12–18 who can benefit from a structured, empowering space to learn, share, and grow.
