KT&T is committed to supporting the youth we serve in accessing community life, making responsible choices, exerting greater control over life circumstances, establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships, developing personal competencies, and experiencing security and self respect. KT&T promotes a team oriented mission in conjunction with DCFS, JJS DSPD and our foster parents by advocacy efforts, treatment services, skills development, medication management, academic supports and highly trained foster parents, mentors, and clinical staff. Our philosophy and services empower youth with behavior and emotional issues to make better life choices.
