Poll! Would y’all rather high cardio plus some weight training workouts or more of dance type cardio workouts?! And most all of you have paid your $10 if not you can do it Monday when you come weigh! Let’s GOOO! I’m pumped

Okay ladies! We’re gearing up to start the challenge! I’m ready! Come in between now and Monday and pay your ten dollars and on Monday we will have our first weigh in a measuring! Everyone’s weight and measurements will be kept separate and won’t be shared with anyone else! Whoever loses the most body fat % will win a cash prize which right now is $100 for this first two weeks and could go up the next round! Everyone in this challenge will get $5 shakes and teas for the challenge.. I’m purchasing 7 day canisters of prolessa which I will sell to you at a discounted price(my cost). You can do what works best for you, my plan is: Shake mid morning/lunch & a tea, a prolessa shot around 4-5 (they’re supposed to keep you from being so hungry) if I’m hungry in the afternoon I’ll eat a turkey on whole wheat for lunch and if not I’ll just eat a light dinner, planning to stay around 1200 calories a day! Shakes are 200-250 calories so it’s perfect!!

Also, Vote on workout days(if you wanna join in on that) Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Or Tuesday Thursday and Saturday And 5:00 or 5:30 work for most?? The workouts will be around 30 minutes
