Couch to 5K

Kick off the holidays with getting off the couch!

Join us in the Downstairs Fitness Center as Jesse safely and effectively prepares your body to run a 5K. What a fun way to work off that Thanksgiving feast while Jesse motivates you to gobble, gobble, gobble, gobble up those miles. Jesse will help you build up your strength in the gym while slowly increasing your running distance over a four-week period which will culminate with a final 5K run on Saturday November 29 starting at OVAC
