OKEECHOBEE – The 19th Annual Okeechobee Family Health and Safety Expo/Touch-A-Truck Event was a huge success with 2,052 attendees joining us for a day full of health and safety information, family fun, and community connection!

From the TOUCH-A-TRUCK event led by Alex Tijerina, trackless train, bounce houses, face painting, and fire & law enforcement demonstrations, to a fantastic breakfast and lunch for vendors provided by Our Village and Nutmeg’s Café, the day was truly special.

Thank you to the Okeechobee County Community Emergency Response Team, Okeechobee County Fire Rescue Volunteers led by Donny Arnold, Ken and Johanna Kenworthy, and the Children’s Services Council for sponsoring the door prizes.

To all Sponsors and Vendors — thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing everyone next year on January 30, 2027!
