As imperfect people living in an imperfect world, we eventually find ourselves needing to extend or receive forgiveness in nearly every relationship. But when the wounds run deep, forgiveness doesn't come easy. We want to help you answer these and other questions you may have: How can I forgive when the pain is so great? Does forgiving mean I have to forget the past? What if I choose not to forgive? Join us starting March 26th at 11:00 a.m. at the Open Hands Health Center as we learn together what God's Word has to say about forgiveness. Space is limited, so please let us know if you would like to attend.

Praise God for this lovely article in the OKeechobee community Guide about Open Hands Health Center.
Love our little town.

The population was estimated at 42,369 and 17.3% under 65 are without insurance. That means 7,329 people don't have insurance.

Many of those are women between 50&65 that would qualify for a free mammogram. Please share the news as we are able to order free mammograms for those who financially qualify. (

Sometimes the hardest battle isn’t around us—it’s inside our minds. 🧠💭
We overthink every situation, replay every mistake, and imagine every possible outcome until our hearts feel heavy and restless. Fear begins to whisper lies, anxiety grows louder, and peace can feel far away. 😔

But here is the truth: God never asked us to carry the weight of tomorrow. 🙏
He never asked us to control what only He can control.

When we try to manage everything on our own, our minds grow tired and our souls become overwhelmed. Overthinking slowly steals our joy, drains our faith, and blinds us to the peace God is offering right in front of us. The more we try to figure everything out, the more we forget that God already holds every detail of our lives in His hands. ✨🤍

Faith begins where overthinking ends. 🌿
When we finally surrender our worries to God, something powerful happens within us. Our hearts begin to rest. Our minds grow quiet. Our spirit remembers that we are not walking this journey alone. 🙌

God sees what we cannot see.
He knows what we do not know.
And He is already working in places we have not even reached yet. 🌅

While we are worrying about tomorrow, God is already preparing the way.
While we are anxious about the future, God is already arranging the pieces for our good. 🧩

So take a deep breath… 🌬️
Let go of the thoughts that are weighing you down. Release your fears, your doubts, and your endless questions to the One who holds the universe in His hands. 🌎✨

You don’t need to understand everything when you trust the One who understands it all. 🙏

You can finally rest. 🤍

Because the truth is simple and powerful:

God is in control. 🙏✨
