“This program started as a way of holding myself accountable with my friends.”

Over the last 10–15 years, I’ve built some of the deepest, most meaningful friendships with truly incredible women. We’ve each been on our own wellness journeys — navigating growth, setbacks, breakthroughs, and everything in between. One day I thought… why are we trying to do this alone?

So we decided to do it together. And something really special happened.

I created Wellness Within because I don’t want to be seen as perfect — and I don’t want any woman walking through our doors to feel like she has to be either. I wanted a space where you can show up messy, motivated, overwhelmed, inspired… however you are that day. No judgment. No pretending.

I’m doing the work right alongside you. I’m still learning. Still unlearning. Still growing. And every single round teaches me something new — even as the “expert.”

There is no finish line here.
Just women choosing to grow — together.

I can’t wait to become a more authentic version of myself with all of you by my side. 🤍✨
