At the annual Capital City Dragon Boat Race last Sunday, Brighter Health showcased its commitment to community wellness. The event drew a great turnout to Grand River Park, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere for participants and spectators alike. Race organizers highlighted dragon boating as an excellent rehabilitative exercise for breast cancer survivors, promoting physical and emotional healing through teamwork and camaraderie. A great time was had by all, knowing that every stroke made a difference. All proceeds from the day went directly to the Women’s Center of Lansing, supporting its vital services for women throughout the community.
