We accept most insurances , but we also accept self pay, offer intern therapy for a discounted rate, and we have small groups on Wednesday evenings for $30 (credit card) or $25 cash. Our small groups are amazing, impactful, and the perfect modality to learn therapeutic tools you can use to deal with your personal issues from anxiety to relationships.

Tired of the tricky ads and the unfulfilled promises from private practice offices or counseling agencies? Our practice keeps it simple; you do the therapy side, we do the business side. Plus, you truly will have unlimited referrals to fill your calendar up to as many hours a week you wish to work from 9am to 7pm weekdays. If you are looking for a no drama professional setting to do your best work, we are the practice for you.

Our support team will handle all your needs for your private practice including but not limited to:

-All referrals that we receive; we have ready and waiting clients to fill your schedule

-All phone calls to contact referrals and set appointments

-Insurance benefits checking and verifying

-Scheduling

-Reminder calls

-Phone calls, copies, materials needed for intakes

-Charts-filing, checking charts, updating charts

-All billing (insurance, denials, rollback claims, etc.)

-Checking client in, taking payment, tracking payment

-Modern upscale lobby for clients to wait in and clean beautiful offices for therapy

-Ability to do remote telehealth sessions (we will handle payment after sessions)

-We will provide you with email and google calendar to start filling up with clients

-We provide and prepare the intake packet for first appointment

-Electronic records for chart and note access 24 hours/7 days a week anywhere you have wireless access.

All the Therapist has to do:

-Complete the intake

-Treatment Plan

-Therapy session

-Write the note

-Renew treatment plans and extensions as needed

Our private practice facility accepts Medicaid, private pay, BCBS, Aetna, Healthchoice, United, Tricare, Fridays, UMR, Cigna, Healthcare Highways, Web TPA, WellCare, Kempton Group, Bright Health, and a number of other smaller EAP/Private Insurances. We have a 96% plus reimbursement rate on our insurance payments billed!

Free shared office space for private practice.

Starting rates $40/$45 per session, increase in rate above that with longevity and caseload size. (remember, no money taken out for rent of office costs, no additional charges, easy to track billing) (we provide the unlimited clients).
