Intense Workplace Team Dynamics? Use Mindfulness!
Stress is common yet unique in how it is experienced. Although a team can experience a common stressor, the meaning taken and responses given may be quite different. During these intense moments in life, noticing the stress(or) as a common team entity that we want to acknowledge for being present but not judge can strengthen the groups resolve. The team can use mindfulness to acknowledge, accept, and to move through the stress.
