Strong fall weather systems commonly bring high winds to the U.S. If driving during windy conditions, slow down and keep two hands on the wheel, avoid large trucks and trailers, and watch for downed tree branches or other items in the road.

πŸŽƒ Happy Halloween from OKMRC! πŸ‘»

Whether you’re trick-or-treating, passing out candy, or enjoying a spooky night in, remember β€” safety first! 🧑

Here are a few quick tips:
πŸ•―οΈ Carry a flashlight or glow sticks to stay visible.
πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Walk on sidewalks and cross at corners.
🍬 Check all treats before eating.
🐾 Keep pets inside and away from the door to reduce stress.

Stay safe, have fun, and don’t forget β€” preparedness isn’t scary when you plan ahead! πŸ’™

Don't get haunted! πŸ‘»

Don't get haunted! πŸ‘»

Even the strongest people can get haunted by burnout!

If you’ve been running on empty, this is your cue to pause and recharge.
This Halloween, take some time to check some self-care items off your list:

- Rest without guilt
- Connect with teammates
- Take a mental health day if needed
- Ask for help before the stress piles up

Recognize when you’re feeling drained, reach out for support and remember: rest is part of readiness.
