A new deal on Tirzepatide! Now I am not wild about this because the dosing is weird but let me explain. A 4 mL bottle with 72 mg of Tirzepatide can now be had for $500. The price is unbeatable but the dosing is odd. You start at 14 units per week and then add 14 units every four weeks.
