When things get warm and you have some expressed breastmilk! Great for babies 6+ months. 😎
A small blinder like the bullet is perfect for making these treats.
🧊 breastmilk teethers - add breastmilk to a teether mold and place in the freezer! Very easy and effective in relieving pain.
🍧ice cream - mix these ingredients and have a yummy ice cream!
• 1 sliced frozen banana (you can use any frozen fruit)
• Small dash of cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 2oz breastmilk
- slice and freeze banana for at least 2 hours
- place banana, cinnamon and vanilla into a blender and slowly add breastmilk until it reaches a soft serve texture.

🧉- breastmilk smoothie! You can make this with lots of different ingredients and add 1/2 tsp of super foods like h**p seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds. You can mix and match the fruits add in veggies the list is endless.
• 2 tbsp mango
• 2 tbsp strawberry
• half banana
• 2-3 oz breastmilk
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until combines. Transfer to your favorite straw cup and enjoy!
Popcicle - there are so many fun molds in shapes and sizes.
• 1/2 cup strawberry
• 1/4 cup raspberry
• 1/4 cup blueberry
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 - 1 banana
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 6 oz breastmilk
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- mash the berries in a bowl.
- add lemon juice + vanilla
- in a blinder add the yogurt, breastmilk + banana. Blend until smooth.
- in the popsicle mold fill 1/3 of the way with the blended mixture.
- Spoon a little bit of the berry mixture on top.
- fill the rest of the way with the blended mixture.
- freeze for at least 4 hours.
