This week for The Yoga Tag! No class on Monday and Wednesday. I’m still recovering from surgery and Presbyterian Church has their turkey dinner on Wednesday (you should totally go!). Class on Friday at Spirit House, 6pm! And…$10 special pricing! Hope to see you!

I will be on the mend and I hate missing this annual celebration of thankfulness on the mat. It makes for a very lovely Thanksgiving and can help with holiday stress! I highly recommend you attend! But space is limited so sign up at the studio or comment on the Spirit House Yoga post. Donation based class!

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, a day to reflect on gratitude and generosity, nurturing family and friends with food prepared with love, and receiving the blessing of abundance. We've been supporting the mission of the Regional Food Bank for 22 years with this annual class. It's deeply meaningful for us to provide a transformative practice on this day of reflection, and helping to provide meals for people in need in our own community. We'd love it if you could join us.
