What to Pack in Your Hospital Bag for Delivery! 👜👶

Mama-to-be, it’s almost time! Here’s a checklist of essentials to pack in your hospital bag so you’re ready when labor starts:

✨ For You:
✔️ Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes (think nursing-friendly options!)
✔️ Cozy socks & slippers
✔️ Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, chapstick, etc.)
✔️ Maternity pads & nursing bras
✔️ Phone charger (extra-long cord is best!)
✔️ Important documents (ID, insurance info)

✨ For Baby:
✔️ Onesies & sleepers (pack a couple of sizes!)
✔️ Swaddle blankets
✔️ Going-home outfit
✔️ Diapers & wipes (most hospitals provide some, but extras don’t hurt!)
✔️ Car seat (installed & ready to go!)

✨ For Your Support Person:
✔️ Change of clothes
✔️ Pillow & blanket
✔️ Snacks & drinks
✔️ Toiletries

At Harmony Women’s Health Care, we’re committed to raising awareness about cervical cancer and the importance of prevention and early detection. Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers, yet it still affects thousands of women each year.

Here’s how you can take action to protect your health:
• Schedule regular Pap smears and HPV tests to detect changes early.
• Get vaccinated against HPV, which is the leading cause of cervical cancer.
• Practice healthy habits, including safe practices and smoking cessation, to reduce your risk.
