When you buy from me, the price is set. Our houses are priced to sell and normally do within 24-48 hrs. Each house that I deal with is going to need a considerable amount of work done to it. However, they are going to be priced from around 68-73 cents on the dollar (minus) repairs. Investors that Purchase property from me buy to fix and filp, rent or sell via owner finance. We are able to help with any exit strategy that you would like. We are also able to provide hard money for investors that would like to leverage their money and dramatically increase their ROI.
