These unsung heroes – be they adult children caring for aging or ill parents, parents caring for disabled children, or spouses caring for sick or disabled partners – take on the immense responsibility of caring for loved ones who can no longer care for themselves, often with increased medical needs.

Our approach to physical rehabilitation ensures that family caregivers are equipped and confident to provide safe support to their loved ones once they return home from a hospital stay with us. Plus, once patients are back in the community, PAM Health’s monthly support groups can be a resource not just for them but also for family members and caregivers.
