This certainly doesn't come easy. I absolutely was not expecting this either. But when the Spirit leads, let me tell you, friend: listen. obey. flow.

I believe in drains and gains. I believe in having an open posture to receive. I believe in listening to what your spouse + kids are telling you when they don't say a word. I believe in trusting your inner wisdom to add or omit when necessary. I believe in timing.

My return is unknown. Healing is priority. I do know that my conscious 3 line is a Phoenix, so I'll rise again.

this is why I do what I do. ✨ Fascial therapy exists to open up our whole body, not just one area. By opening, we can truly accomplish more within ourselves! For babies this might mean better nursing, improved sleep, more calm demeanor, less reflux and colic. So honored to treat these wonderful families day in and day out!
