Ever wondered how to "properly" warm up to exercise? There are so many ways, but one I've been loving recently is 's Mind Body Energy movement sequence. I do 30 of each movement: hops, wave, dead arms, arm swings, golf swings, trunk rotation, high march with arms, and ballet squats before Bowspring classes, lifting, or anytime I just want to move without thinking too much! I keep my Bowspring integrity during each movement and allow the channels to be open yet toned throughout. I love the dynamic nature of the movements, moving lymph and blood through the muscles prior to engaging with a Bowspring practice or weight training or even a run. Give it a try!
