“Anything” used to mean overextending myself and saying yes out of habit. Now it means choosing what actually supports me and feels aligned.

It looks like earlier nights, daily walks after meals, checking in with how I feel, and being honest about what I need. It means letting my boundaries guide my decisions instead of ignoring them to keep up.

Balance isn’t about doing it all, it’s about knowing your limits and giving yourself permission to honor them.

What boundaries are you setting for yourself right now?

Here's what I would do if I wanted to lower inflammation ...

👉Eat more real food. Think veggies, fruit, healthy fats, and quality protein. Pull back on processed foods, added sugar, and alcohol. Keep it simple.

👉Drink more water. Most people are more dehydrated than they realize. Aim for 2 to 3 liters a day and add lemon or electrolytes if that helps you stay consistent.

👉Support your gut. Add in probiotic foods like yogurt or fermented veggies and make sure you’re getting enough fiber. It matters more than you think.

👉Move your body daily. It does not have to be intense. Walking, stretching, or a quick low impact workout goes a long way.

👉Slow down. Better sleep, less stress, even a few quiet minutes to yourself can help bring inflammation down more than you’d expect.

Your gut does so much more than digest food. It affects your energy, mood, focus, hormones, and daily rhythm. I'm hosting a live TONIGHT where we will dive into this.

PCOS, endometriosis, and infertility don’t just appear out of nowhere. 🚨

Symptoms come first and usually they start in the gut.

When the gut is imbalanced, it can lead to increased permeability. That triggers inflammation, which then drives insulin resistance. And from there, symptoms like hormone imbalances, irregular cycles, and fertility struggles can start to show up.

Insulin resistance is more common than most people realize, and it plays a major role in how these conditions develop and persist.

If you feel like you’ve been chasing symptoms without real answers then I will be diving into this in my gut health live.

More isn’t always better… especially when your body is already overwhelmed.

This week, Dr. Eric Balcavage shares why a stressed system can’t benefit from even the best supplements.

We’re talking about the woman taking 47 supplements before 8am… doing all the “right” things… and still feeling worse.
If you feel like you’re trying everything and nothing is working, this episode will shift your perspective.

I would bet your doctor has not mentioned these labs to you.

If the only thyroid test you’ve had is TSH… you’re missing a huge part of the picture and truly your doctor is doing you a huge disservice.

Think: T3, T4, Reverse T3, TPO & TG antibodies and that’s just the start.

To truly understand what’s going on, you also need to look at your
gut health, inflammation, hormones, cortisol, testosterone and more.

This is the difference between being told “you’re fine" and actually feeling optimal and getting to the root cause.

If you are ready to have your labs taken seriously and looked at with care, drop LABS and I will send you more information.

Your mood, energy, and digestion... they're all connected.

If you don’t fix the root issues, no supplement, probiotic, or trendy diet will actually heal your gut.

What works for one person won’t work for the next and that’s exactly why you need to understand your gut, not just follow generic advice.

That’s why I’m hosting a Gut Health Live where I’ll break this all down for you step-by-step.

I know you know the feeling... low energy, stubborn weight, brain fog, hormone imbalances... the list goes on.

There is a organ many people don't talk about... and it's your thyroid.

What you eat daily can either support your thyroid or work against it.

Nutrient-dense, mineral-rich foods like these help provide the building blocks your thyroid needs to function properly especially when it comes to selenium, iodine, protein, and healthy fats.

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s consistently giving your body what it needs to heal and regulate.

Which of these foods are you already eating regularly? I would love to know!

Healing is not about adding more but really understanding what is going on at the root cause.

Gut health is the foundation. When it’s off, inflammation rises, and that ripple effect impacts everything… including thyroid function, testosterone levels, and how your body actually responds to treatment.

This is why so many people feel stuck. They’re addressing symptoms, but not the root cause.

When you start with the gut and reduce inflammation, everything else has a better chance to function the way it’s supposed to.

Have you ever focused on gut health before, or are you just starting to connect the dots?

There is one aspect of your gut health that plays a key role in your metabolism that many people aren’t talking about.

If you’re constantly hungry, dealing with stubborn weight, or struggling with your skin, then this could be why.

Akkermansia plays a key role in appetite, metabolism, and inflammation. When levels are low, you may feel hungrier, have more cravings, and notice skin issues like acne or dullness.

When supported, many people notice better satiety, fewer cravings, and clearer skin. This is something we can actually test for, which helps get real answers.

Comment 106 and I’ll send you the full episode so you can see if this could be what is holding you back from feeling better.
