On July 1, 2019 Family & Children's Consultants will close it's doors. Opened in 1987 by Marc and Linda Charney, FCC provided counseling, consulting, supervision and training to thousands of wonderful people. With Linda's untimely passing Marc has decided to honor her memory and preserve her legacy by retiring the organization. The therapists and staff of FCC have transitioned to a sister agency, Cornerstone Counseling and Consulting (CCC). Persons who are receiving services through FCC will be able to continue working with their current counselors at the same locations. Marc will continue to supervise Candidates and provide clinical consultation and training through CCC. It has been our privilege to counsel, consult, supervise and provide training to you for over two decades.
The wheel is turning and you can't slow down,

Fare Thee Well My Honey. Rest in Peace with our family in spirit and love. Linda Charney, Co-founder of Family & Children's Consultants passed away March 25, 2019. Linda was the source of creative energy, ethical leadership, and positive relationships with the communities we served. As an LPC, Registered Art Therapist & Supervisor, Linda applied her education, training and experiences to working with families, parents and children who valued their relationship with her. She was integral to the creation of both the Oklahoma Play Therapy Association and the Infant Mental Health Association. Linda was trained at Harvard in Child Development and co-authored the awarded grant for the first Early Head Start Program in Oklahoma City. Linda influenced the professional lives of many therapists, Candidates and Interns during her nearly 40 year career. You will be remembered and missed. Shalom
