I believe we were created to live life together and that we are better humans beside each other. When we courageously voice a truth or hardship we have already stolen some of its power. It is my goal in therapy to create a safe space where you feel heard. We are not promised a life free of hardships but we can journey through it together. I am passionate about working with children from hard places who need help navigating emotions and working through the tough stuff. I believe children learn and heal best through play. I enjoy working with adolescents, families, and individual adults. I am also passionate about working with women on their journey to parenting in the unknowns, the waiting, the grief, unexpected loss, the joy of a newborn, and all the ups and downs it can bring! I have my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have spent the last decade working with young children. I am officially a Registered Play Therapist™️!!!!! 🥳🎉🙌🏻👏🏻

✔️Master’s degree
✔️ 150 hours of play therapy instruction
✔️350 hours of supervised direct client play therapy experience
✔️35 hours of supervision over a minimum of two years

Becoming an RPT™️ is a dream I have had for many years! For anyone seeking therapy for their children I highly recommend finding a RPT™️ or someone who has been specifically trained in play therapy techniques because it means they have spent extra time learning best therapeutic practices for children!

To all the mamas out there fulfilling their dreams of being a mom and their career — you can do it all! 🩵🦋 sweet baby BOY and me at 21 weeks! 🥰🥹

I am passionate about helping children navigate the tough stuff and helping women and families break generational cycles to heal trauma that has been passed down. 🖤🔁 I love my job and feel that I am doing what I was created to do. 🙌🏻 The nature of sharing our burdens with someone else is healing in itself because we were created to live in connection with one another. We were never supposed to go at it alone. 🌿I primarily use Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, Person Centered, and Play Therapy techniques! 🤓
