Wearing a hearing aid correctly is so important! If it’s pushed too far into the canal it can make your ear sore. If not in far enough not only will you not hear as well but you’re also at risk of loosing the hearing aid. Proper insertion instruction is part of our training program. Not only do we program your devices, we train you how to take them on and off properly and how to care for them to get the most longevity possible!

Tips to help:

• keep them dry (desiccant pucks are a great tool for this)
• keep fresh batteries near
• store away from moisture sources like bathrooms and kitchens
• use a dehumidifier
