HOPE is an outpatient Behavioral Health and Substance Use Services Center located in SW Oklahoma City. We have been serving our community since 1980. We do not deny services based on an individual’s inability to pay, we have a sliding scale fee. Services Provided At HOPE:

Family & Children's Services and HOPE Community Services, Inc. plan to merge, uniting two of Oklahoma’s most trusted behavioral health organizations to expand access and strengthen services statewide. The groups have signed a letter of intent and entered due diligence, with a target closing this summer.

Our treatment team is proud to share an inspiring recovery story from a participant in the Oklahoma County DUI Treatment Court.

When this client entered the program, they faced significant challenges, including repeated relapses and setbacks that placed their future in the program at risk. After a critical turning point and a final opportunity through intensive outpatient treatment, something changed.

With wraparound support from our Justice Services team, this client fully committed to recovery. Today, they attend multiple recovery meetings each week, chair meetings, maintain stable employment, and live in sober housing. They are actively involved in the recovery community and are stepping into leadership roles to support others.

Their journey is a powerful reminder that recovery is possible — even when the odds feel stacked against you.
