Together we will help you put the building blocks in motion to create a birth that feels empowering to you. We also work on your birth preferences, explore the powers of positive mindset and outlook, together we will encourage your inner strength and birthing momma mind to come out and birth how you want. Even more than those things, you can expect us to do lots of laughing,learning, and bonding as we appreciate the wonderful ride from pregnancy to motherhood. No matter what kind of birth you choose, or where ever it takes place, as your Doula, you have my unwavering support with whatever decisions you make. I am very passionate about a few types of births and areas beyond the birth. Supporting women and birthing mothers who are suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidirum. I offer around the clock emotional and physical support to alleviate the conditions of their ordeal. For those suffering from ICP or Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy, I offer around the clock physical support and emotional support. My goal is to help aid those mothers who are high risk in completing a successful and happy pregnancy, by having consistent access to help and support whether it be in person or over the phone. I offer post-partum Doula support to encourage emotional, physical, and spiritual recovery following the birth of their children. This includes help with day to day tasks, home tidying as needed, engaging the help of your loved ones, outings to doctors offices, debriefs with family or doctors, helping get family information on how to support you as the mother, etc. Having me to be your birth Doula or postpartum Doula gives you...
