Congratulations to Captain Gene Bradley on being recognized with the Public Safety Impact Award for his dedication to strengthening mental health response in our community!

Captain Bradley serves with compassion and consistency. Through his work, he stays connected with individuals facing mental health challenges, going so far as to stop by their residence to ensure they are taking medications, attending appointments, and receiving the care they need. His commitment to individuals and families is what truly makes an impact.

Using MyCare, Captain Bradley is able to connect people in crisis with a licensed clinician. He knows the effectiveness of immediate support and care. His diligence is helping create continuity of care and stronger outcomes.

We are proud to support leaders like Captain Bradley who are making a real difference every day!

For first responders, they show up on people's worst days, and carry things most of us will never see. When the shift ends, it doesn’t always leave with them.

Throughout Oklahoma, law enforcement are able to connect someone in crisis to a local clinician at a CCBHC to help de-escalate and assess the situation to determine the level of care a person in crisis might need. This is made possible through MyCare iPads that are distributed throughout our state.

Many of these behavioral health clinics have also enabled a "blue button" for law enforcement. On those same iPads, first responders are allowed to connect to a clinician for themselves, completely anonymous and free of judgement,

First responders are trained to be strong and resilient, but that doesn't mean they don't need support. Reaching out should feel just as natural as responding to a call.

Heroes are human too.

This week marks First Responder Wellness Week - a time to emphasize the importance of supporting those who serve our communities.

First responders face constant physical demands, cumulative stress, and repeated exposure to trauma, all while operating in environments that leave little room for recovery. They are trained to handle everything, but that doesn't mean they have to handle it alone.

MyCare allows organizations to offer options like a dedicated blue button, giving first responders a way to connect anonymously with a clinician when they need support.

Just last year, Oklahoma first responders placed over 2,200 calls through MyCare's blue button, seeking assistance just for themselves.

No judgment. Just support.

We made it to Columbia, MO for the 2nd Annual Disaster Behavioral Health Conference! If you’re here, stop by our booth. We’re walking through how this actually works in real situations. We are here today and tomorrow and would love to connect!

Missing an appointment is not always a choice.

Sometimes the nearest provider is an hour away. Sometimes there is no car. Sometimes there's no one to watch the kids. Sometimes getting to care means missing work.

For people living in rural communities, these barriers are common.

And when someone finally reaches out during a crisis, staying connected to care matters. Recovery rarely happens in one visit. It depends on follow up and continuity.

But many people never make it to that next appointment.

MyCare helps remove some of those barriers and makes it easier to connect with a professional.

Getting help shouldn't depend on where you live or how far you can drive.

Strong crisis response starts with strong collaboration! It was great to partner with Integrea and Carastar last week alongside clinicians, law enforcement, and first responders to explore how technology can help connect individuals in crisis with the care they need.

Together, these organizations support behavioral health services across eight counties in Alabama, helping expand access to care when it matters most.

It all begins with CARE. 💙💚

We’re proud to support Carastar in Alabama as they onboard and roll out the new MyCare platform across their network!!!

This week brought together Carastar clinicians, law enforcement partners, and representatives from neighboring hospitals to collaborate on implementation, strengthen communication pathways, and ensure a seamless transition. The conversation focused on coordinated care, improved response workflows, and creating a more connected system to better serve individuals in crisis.

It’s encouraging to see cross-sector partners at the table — aligned, engaged, and committed to making MyCare a success for the communities they serve.

Looking forward to the impact this rollout will have across Alabama!!!

We believe access to care shouldn’t depend on location.

When someone is in crisis, connection to a local clinician — even remotely — can change the trajectory of that moment.

Expanding access isn’t about technology. It’s about dignity.

It all begins with CARE. 💙 💚
