Since partnering with Our Blood Institute in November, the Lawton Food Bank has raised $2,365 through the Donable Cares program!

The Lawton Food Bank rallied the community to donate blood on their behalf, doubling the impact with each donor. Each gift of blood can save up to three patients, and when given through Donable Cares, it helps support the mission of non-profits like the food bank.

You can now earn a $100 bonus for every completed platelet donation you schedule through December 31. This is in addition to your regular pay scale. That means if you schedule a first-time ever donor (someone who has never given any blood products before) for a platelet appointment, you’ll earn $200 😱

🌟 What a Night at Scissortail Park! 🌟 We were honored to stand alongside the Blood Cancer United at this year’s Light the Night event, a powerful evening filled with light, love, and hope for those impacted by blood cancer.
Did you know? Blood cancer patients in Oklahoma may need up to 2 units of blood or platelets every day during treatment. That’s why events like this and donors like you matter so much.
At Donable, we’re proud of our ongoing partnership with Blood Cancer United. Through your blood donations, we help raise critical funds and awareness to fight back against leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood cancers.

Happy national dog day!! We want to share some of our amazing pet partners who fundraise through blood donation! Each of these organizations are doing AMAZING things and we are so thankful for our partnerships. Every blood donation made through their link generates 15-100$ for the nonprofit! And of course we had to add curious cats rescue for our cat people out there!

🚨PARTNER SPOTLIGHT 🚨

Back in March, a blood drive was sponsored by the General Federation of Women’s Clubs-Women’s League of Van Buren and held at Van Buren High School! Through DonableCares, $3,230 was raised and donated to the Van Buren High School JROTC program for all their help recruiting donors. Great job to everyone involved and THANK YOU for all you do to save lives.
